Aegle provides healthcare management, marketing, research support, call center, grant consulting, and digital solutions as outlined in our service portfolio.

• All services are provided under agreed proposals or contracts.

• Aegle does not provide direct medical treatment. Clinical outcomes remain the responsibility of healthcare providers.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for clinics, healthcare providers, research institutions, and related organizations. By using our services, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of such an organization.

4. Use of Website & Content

• All content on www.aegle.care, including text, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Aegle unless otherwise stated.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use content without prior written consent.

• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Aegle agree to:

• Provide accurate information for service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations.

• Use deliverables (ads, portals, reports, etc.) responsibly and within agreed scope.

6. Payment & Fees

• Fees are outlined in signed agreements.

• Payments must be made on time and in the agreed currency.

• Delays in payment may suspend or terminate services.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data, including patient, business, and research information.

• Aegle follows applicable data protection regulations and will not share client data without consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Aegle provides services on a best-effort basis.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

• Healthcare outcomes, compliance, and patient care remain the responsibility of the client.

9. Third-Party Services

Aegle may integrate or use third-party tools (e.g., CRIO, EHR integrations, Google/Yelp Ads). Clients are bound by those providers’ terms in addition to ours.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service contract with written notice as per agreed terms. Outstanding payments must be settled before termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and California, USA, where Aegle operates, unless otherwise stated in the client contract.

12. Updates to Terms

Aegle reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
